Poly-V Belt Roller CPPV / T40

• Ø50×1.5 metal tube made of natural, zinc-plated or AISI 304 stainless steel.
• RAL 7001 gray PVC pipe (RAL 5015 blue PVC also possible).
• Ø12, Ø14 and Ø15 metal shafts in calibrated natural steel F212 or AISI 303 stainless steel.
• Thermoplastic heads with precision bearing 6000 series 2RS for fixed roller (T40) and with double row of balls for accumulation roller (T30).
• Thermoplastic head for Poly-V belt, nailed to tube
• Maximum load capacity 240 Kg / roll.

Drive rollers for the transport of medium loads, with thermoplastic heads with precision bearings or deep drawn metal heads. Transmission by round cord, M8 Z20 toothed belt, POLY-V belt or ½ ”chain pitch sprockets in stationary or accumulation applications.
