What is the anti-clogging helical cleaning roller?

In our Mining manufacturing program, we already had a wide range of rollers for underbelt cleaning. But a new product was necessary to save those cases in which due to the nature of the material to be transported, stickiness or adherence to the belt, the other cleaning rollers were not as effective as they should be.

For this reason, the Anti-clogging Cleaning Roller was born. Indicated for environments in which the material to be transported, either due to its degree of humidity or its own characteristics (mud, clays, etc …), causes that a normal cleaning roller with rubber rings is not enough .

Features of Anti-Sewing Cleaning Roller

Its main characteristic is the arrangement of the rods . They are helical steel rods welded onto other straight steel rods. These form a cage specially designed so that their rotation causes the cleaning of the belt and the transported material does not adhere to the surface .

The big difference with other similar rollers on the market is that these have the rods welded directly on the main tube. This causes the clogging of the roller and therefore a decrease in cleaning effectiveness.
